PRODUCT PURCHASES FROM RAW HOME
Many of the items for sale by Raw Home are produced by hand using reclaimed materials (the description will state if the materials are reclaimed).
Because of this, there will at times be various imperfections on the finishes and although we work effortlessly to elevate the quality of our reclaimed pieces (and lets face it the imperfections usually add to the character of each item) we cannot remove them all.
Our ethos is to produce quality items from unwanted, waste or damaged goods and the fact is that with these items comes a sense of history or purpose and we don't want to lose that which is why it is often reflected in the materials and hence, the finishes are not over worked and perfected so we can retain all the charm, character and history of our products.
PURCHASE OF SERVICES (NOT WEBSITE PURCHASE)
As an Interior Design Studio we also offer a design service which will at times incur charges. Should this be required then any associated costs will be discussed prior to any work being undertaken. Due to the nature of this service, refunds are NOT available unless there is sufficient reason. This would need to be discussed between you (the client) and us (raw home) in any event where you (the client) felt that our agreement had not been sufficiently met.
RETURNS
We believe strongly in the furniture and homewares that we produce and we are sure that when you receive your item(s) you will absolutely love them and will be the perfect addition to your home.
Although we expect every item we sell to stay with its new owner there are unfortunately times where products need to be returned and we understand this.
If there is a problem with your order we would like to know as soon as possible so please email us at info@raw-home.co.uk.
Should you need to return an item it must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Postage and courier charges will be your responsibility and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
COMMISSION WORK
As a design studio we absolutely love any opportunity to work with a client on a design that they may have and we welcome commission work. However due to the nature of commission work you must understand that we (raw home) are tasked with bringing to life a vision, idea or design that you (the client) may have and this requires communication as we must interpret your ideas. At times we may interpret your ideas differently to how you envisage and for this we apologise but that is why clear communication is vital.
We will endeavour to meet and exceed your expectations in every way although it is important to advise that unless an item arrives damaged or faulty then refunds are NOT available.
DELIVERY
We use a variety of courier services at Raw Home and expect all our items to not only get where they need to be but also arrive in the same condition to that which they left us in. If any item is damaged then please notify us immediately and provide pictures of the damage as we will use this to evidence any damages to our couriers.
Any items that arrived damaged will be refunded upon OUR receipt of the damaged goods and they have been checked by ourselves.
COLLECTION
You are more than welcome to collect any item in person from our premises in Lincolnshire but this would be by appointment only. Please arrange with us directly if you would like to use this option.

We have built this business from scratch and every ounce of energy and passion has gone into establishing a brand and a company. This is our life so please respect that and refrain from copying and redistributing any content from our site. At times people may wish to share items from our website on various social media platforms and this is absolutely fine but our requirements are that we are tagged and referenced in any specific images and also reserve the right to contact the social media provider if we feel our material has been used negatively or inappropriately.

We take data protection seriously and endeavour to make sure all our clients information is protected in accordance with current and new data protection legislation.
Your details will never be shared or sold to any other organisation or individual. The only minor exception to this would be in the form of "tagging" on social media although approval will be sought prior and no specific details will ever be shared.

Should any event arise that has not been outlined in the above information then please contact us (raw home) directly to discuss the matter personally.
We hope this never happens but we also live in the real world where things are not always black and white and you can rest assured that any issue you have will be taken seriously.
