Your journey to a bespoke campervan should feel exciting, clear, and stress‑free. Here’s our simple, structured process — designed to give you all the information you need while protecting the time and care we put into every build whether it is a full conversion or a minor upgrade.

1. Initial Enquiry

You send us an enquiry- with a little about your van and what you are hoping to achieve. If you want to book a Design Consultation or Troubleshooting hour, please reference this. 

We will reply within 1-2 working days with a friendly welcome and a link to our questionnaire.

2. Enquiry Questionnaire

We will ask you to complete a short form which gathers the key details we need before quoting. This includes:

Van details — Make, model, year, condition.

Work required — Full conversion, partial, electrics, solar, etc.

Budget range — Helps us guide you towards the best options for your van. 

Photos — Interior and exterior.

3. Questionnaire Review

Within 1-3 working days we will:

Review your completed questionnaire

Ask any further questions if needed

Progress to a formal quote.

4. Quote Preparation

You will received a detailed quote including:

Breakdown of work — Clear list of what’s included.

Parts & labour — Transparent and easy to understand.

Optional extras — Solar, awning, storage, etc.

Timeline — When we can start and finish.

Quotes usually take 1–3 days depending on complexity.

5. Design Consultation (for partial or full conversions)

If your project involves layout planning, materials, electrics, or a full build, we offer a structured design session.

Book a design consultation — £50 partial / £75 full.

Get layout sketches — Visual ideas for your build.

Parts recommendations — Solar, heaters, electrics, materials.

Detailed plan — A clear roadmap for your conversion.

This fee is deducted from your final invoice if you proceed.

​6. Booking & Deposit

Once you’re happy with the quote and lan:

Secure your build slot — Deposit taken.

Confirm materials — Final choices.

Schedule the work — Start date agreed.

7. The Build

This is where the magic happens.

Progress updates — Photos and messages.

Quality checks — Throughout the build.

Adjustments — If needed, agreed together.

8. Handover & Aftercare

Your van is ready for adventure.

Final walkthrough — We show you how everything works.

Aftercare advice — Maintenance, tips, troubleshooting.

Future upgrades — Solar, storage, heaters, etc.

Annual check‑ups — Optional service.
